Body Therapies

A Combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue and Lomi-Lomi Massage: Come for a amazing massage ! This session includes different techniques from various massage styles. Stress, headache, anxiety, toxins, pain, depression, muscle aches, let it all go.

Double Down: A side by side Rest and Relax body massage for 2.

Rub –a-dub- scrub: A salt-glow treatment using customizable salt scrubs and body creams to suit the skin type and conditions of each client.

That’s a Wrap: A body wrap that incorporates a salt-glow scrub treatment, with a customizable body mask wrap and finishing with a moisturizing cream.

Stone-unhinged: A hot stone body massage using basalt stones placed all over the body combined with massage techniques.

The Essentials: Essentials oils that can purify, energize, relax or rejuvenate the body. Each treatment is customizable to a client’s needs, skin type or condition.

Holistic Healing

Reiki: An ancient form of energy healing that has been used in modern day alternative healing therapies. Reiki clears blockages and enables the body to reach a harmonious space for healing.

Reflexology: A natural healing art that is based on “reflex points” of the foot, hand and head. Each segment of the foot, hand and head corresponds to a specific organ or body system and is used to aid in ailments, create harmony and balance within the body.

Acupuncture: One the longest practiced forms of medicine in existence using small needles and acu-points to harmonize the flow of energy within the body and allowing it to heal. Treatment is performed by a registered Acupuncturist.
